My sister is a cosmetologist. She does hair and makeup. She is going to Chicago in March to do a hair competition & luckily she is using me to do the hair & makeup on. She wants to do both the hair & makeup similar to the picture above. The hairstyle was worn by the women of the 1920's known as "Flappers."
